FAQ
1. What Makes These Products Different From Others?
These aren't magnetic or one-day-wear-adhesive strip lashes! These are bonded, just like your lash extension appointment for long-wear. Our lash segments are handmade by licensed professionals, ensuring that no 2 are the same for a more light, weight feel & natural look in length variation! No heavy, machine-made products weighing down & irritating your eyes here! The best part? These last up to 10-14+ days making them the perfect solution for the person who needs a confidence boost on a time-restricted schedule!
2. How Are These Different Than Lash Extensions I'd Get In A Salon?
These are quick + easy alternatives to your lash extension appointment! Do these from the comfort of your home at a fraction of the cost of your normal visit. The bond is similar in that it will hold for long-wear. Lash segments have been around for ages! The application process is what makes these different. We've brought the salon-quality, hand-made product directly to your doorstep to simplify your beauty routine - saving you time & money!
3. How Long Will The Lashes Last?
These lashes can last up to 14 days. Recommended wear time is 10-14. With proper care, you may be able to extend your wear. Your first few applications may not hold the full 10 days. This is a learning curve!
4. How Long Do The Lashes Take To Apply?
Your first time may take up to an hour to apply. Once you've got this down, expect to take anywhere from 10-30 minutes to apply.
5. Will These Damage My Natural Lashes?
If applied, cared-for & removed properly, you should not experience any damage to your natural lashes. Expect normal daily fallout to occur. See #35. You may see excessive breakage if you sleep directly on your face or pull on your lashes often.
6. Are The Products Safe For Sensitive Eyes?
Yes! Our products are 100% hypoallergenic, vegan & cruelty free! Simple ingredients. No fumes. Just beautiful lashes from the comfort of your home!
7. Are The Products Vegan?
Yes! All products are vegan!

9. Can I Get My Lashes Wet?
Absolutely. Your lashes are water-resistant! Be mindful to brush your lashes post wash with the spoolie included in your lash kit to fluff them back out. Hold your lashes down at the base with your finger while you brush to avoid yanking/pulling your natural lashes.
10. How Often Should I Wash My Lashes?
Every morning and afternoon. Do NOT use any oil based products, Micellar water or Mary Kay oil-free makeup remover. See #23 for product recommendations to wash your lashes. Don't forget to brush your lashes with the spoolie included in your lash kit after you've washed them to fluff them back out. Hold your lashes down at the base with your finger while you brush to avoid yanking/pulling your natural lashes.
11. What Should I Avoid Pre-Application?
Avoid touching your lashes with your hands
Avoid starting with oily, unclean hands
Avoid makeup or makeup removers that day (Apply to clean lashes)
12. What Should I Avoid During Application?
Avoid touching the lashes with your finger tips, try to use your nails to scrape off adhesive and adjust the segment in your tweezers
Avoid putting the segments directly on your skin/lash line
Avoid overlapping your first row of segments (ignore if double stacking)
Avoid applying to unhealthy lashes, too short to hold the weight of the lashes
Avoid clamping down too hard you pull your natural lashes
13. What Should I Avoid Post Application?
Avoid excessive eye touching
Avoid oil based products
Avoid Micellar Water
Avoid Mark Kay Oil-Free line
Avoid yanking / pulling / tugging on your lashes
Avoid extreme heat / steam
Avoid lack of care (washing / brushing)
Avoid sleeping directly on your lashes
14. Why Do I Have To Wash Them So Often?
These are your EYES! Eyes are sensitive and so important. To avoid infection, irritation, infestation + more it's important that you wash your lashes often. Extra debris will have a chance to accumulate with the extra length + bond on your lashes. Daily maintenance helps keep everything happy & healthy!
15. What Tips Do You Have For My First Time Applying?
Take your time. Do not rush through your first application. Learn how to hold the tweezers. Examine how you want the lashes to look. Don't seal anything in place if it doesn't feel or look how you would like it to. Application will be a learning curve. Don't get frustrated and give up before you've given them a chance. Not everything is perfect the first time we do things. Keep trying, learning new tips & tricks & falling in love more and more each time.

Store in an airtight container if possible to prolong your bond/sealant lifetime.
18. Do You Have To Have A Cosmetology License / Lash Certification To Use Or Sell These Products?
There is no license or certification required for you to apply these to yourself or to sell to others for them to apply on themselves. You may not perform services on others without the proper licensing or certification, even when holding in-person events. You may teach alongside others as they apply, but at no time should you apply to another person if not qualified to do so.
19. How Do I Avoid The Wet / Mascara Look When Applying My Lashes?
To avoid the wet, mascara look, do NOT run your sealant from root to tip when first applying your lashes. Focus on the base of your lashes and really locking them together with the sealant-to-tweezer gridlock method shown in the application video.
20. How Often Do I Reseal My Lashes & How Do I Do It?
You should reseal your lashes every morning & night after you've washed your lashes & given them a chance to dry. You can do so using the technique similar to the one shown in the video below. Skip applying any additional bond and head straight to the sealant-to-tweezers gridlock method! https://youtube.com/shorts/pqCyd-0wpKc
21. Can I Wear Makeup While Wearing My Lashes?

Absolutely! Be mindful to clean your lashes post-swim to keep them healthy and happy. Do not yank/pull on your lashes while they are wet.
25. Should I Be Able To Feel When I'm Wearing These Lashes?
Generally, no. Your first few times wearing them, of course it may feel different. At no point should they be painful, uncomfortable or irritating. If you feel they are poking your eye when you blink or they start to feel sore to the touch on the skin - examine your lash application. If it is secure to natural, healthy lashes & not the lash line - you should generally not experience discomfort.
26. A Segment Is Starting To Fall Off - What Can I Do Besides Take Them Off?
Watch this video to see how you can "gridlock" your lashes when they start to fall. https://youtube.com/shorts/pqCyd-0wpKc
Use a similar technique after each AM / PM wash when your lashes have dried, minus the application of the additional bond. Apply the sealant to your tweezers, as shown in the video above & clamp to help them stay in place even longer.
27. How Often Should I Replace My Bond & Sealant?
You'll know when it's time to replace the bond when it starts to get clumpy & stringy. Expect to replace it every 1-3 months (or more) depending on how exposed to air it was. The bond shouldn't be hard to spread and shouldn't be too tacky. Sealant too will start to dry and change consistency. If you choose to subscribe to the monthly lash refill kit, you'll receive a free bond and sealant once every 3 months if you stay consecutively subscribed with no breaks. Store in an airtight container if possible to prolong your bond/sealant lifetime.
28. How Do I Take The Lashes Off After 10+ Days?
When you are ready to remove your lashes, use the removal serum provided in your starter kit. A few drops, your brush included in your lash set & some patience is all you need. For proper removal, please watch this quick video - https://www.youtube.com/shorts/mS-IP7HpgDI
29. It's Been 14 Days & They're Still Holding Strong. Do I Have To Remove Them?
If your lashes are still on strong after 14 days, it's time to look at how well you took care of your lashes. If you're properly washing in the AM and PM, you should be okay to keep wearing them for a few more days. If they're looking rough & you have not properly cleaned them each day, it is time to remove them and give your lashes a proper clean to avoid infection, irritation, mites, etc.
30. Can I Reuse My Segments Post-Removal?
While some have had success re-using segments with proper removal of the bond and sanitization processes. However for sanitation reasons we do not recommend this option. If you have wore your lashes for 10-14 days, it's likely time to say goodbye & start fresh to avoid any infection, irritation, mites, etc.
If your segment has fallen off in the first few days of application, but the rest are holding strong - by all means, re-attach your lash & keep rocking them until it's time to remove!
31. How Long Should I Wait Between Lash Applications?
No major wait time required! We suggest to remove them & to make sure you give your lashes a deep cleaning upon removal. To really nourish your lashes, you may choose to put a little more removal serum on your lashes as a "treatment" overnight. Repeat as desired. Shower or wash your face so that your face/lashes are completely clean and free of any oils or debris. When you have a bare face and dry lashes - you are safe to apply again as you wish!

35. I Saw Hair When I Was Removing My Lashes! Am I Losing My Eyelashes?
Totally normal! You shed 1-5 natural eyelashes daily. In fact, Lashes replace themselves completely every 4-8 weeks.. Keeping in mind, these 10+ day stay lashes are bonded to your natural lashes. Meaning, when they start to naturally shed, they stay intact with the bond & have no where to go. When you remove your lashes you may see some natural eyelashes stuck on your segments. Unless you were rough/pulling/yanking or otherwise did not care for your lashes during application/removal - a few lashes are to be expected!
Up to 14 days of wear at 5 lashes a day is 70 lashes you could potentially see upon removal!
If you are experiencing extreme lash loss, please look at your application + removal process. Discontinue use of the product until your lashes have grown and you have further studied up the proper technique to apply these. Extreme lash loss should NOT occur!
